A Ukrainian tech investor and founder of Roosh investment group (Roosh Ventures and Roosh X) —  backing technology companies that create both returns and real-world impact. Anastasiia has over a decade of executive experience in governmental institutions, NGOs, and international organizations, driving impactful reforms and initiatives.

Previously, from 2015 to 2017, Anastasiia contributed to the reform of Ukraine's patrol police and implemented the Ministry of Interior's first comprehensive gender equality policy. She launched the HeForShe movement in Ukraine, supported by UN Women, and developed mobile tactical police units to combat domestic violence. As CEO of CO "100% LIFE," she introduced innovative CSR approaches and a mentorship program for Ukrainian women affected by the war.

Oleksandra is a communication strategist with 10 years of experience managing and implementing social impact projects. She has contributed to several key reforms within Ukraine's Ministry of Interior, focusing on gender mainstreaming, child protection, and community policing. Oleksandra has also designed cross-regional communication campaigns for the UN, IREX, and USAID in Ukraine.

She holds an MA in International Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Communication from King’s College London.

Anastasia Petrova brings 9 years of experience from roles at UNDP programs, Social Boost, ReDi school of digital integration and Beetroot Academy Foundation. She is a partnerships management specialist with experience of working in NGOs, start-ups and international organizations, tackling social issues. Anastasia is currently obtaining an Executive Master of Public Administration, as well as holds a degree of Bachelor in Law.

Economist, financial advisor, lecturer, and researcher at the intersection of institutional economics, technology, and public policy. Candidate of Economic Sciences (Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv), author of over 30 academic publications on institutional development, international investment, and corruption distortions in economic systems. As a venture investment manager, he built a startup portfolio of $5M+, combining deal origination and due diligence experience with academic analysis. He advises the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development, serves as an associate professor at the Ukrainian-American Concordia University, and is the author of a national economic recovery initiative that has received international professional and academic support.

Strategic communications lead and cultural producer specialising in international cultural diplomacy, philanthropy, and large-scale programming — across Kyiv, London, Tokyo, and Berlin. He led the relaunch of the Molodist Kyiv International Film Festival — Ukraine’s oldest and largest — at its 50th anniversary, and has worked with the teams of Berlinale, and Edinburgh International Film Festival. He curated the events programme for Ukraine’s Not For Sale Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, recognised with the BIE Silver Award for Best Engagement. An expert for the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation and Izolyatsia Foundation, he holds an MA in Global Markets & Local Creativities from the University of Glasgow.
